It's True
Mind can get disturbed,
it can get diverted to 
something, which can ruin you
to an extent that you can't even
imagine. 
It would give you a false sense
of your own world within your
mind that you might build around
you. 
It will teach you everything that 
would keep you apart from your
goals.
It would make you fragile and attack
you when you'll do something 
against it.
At last, you would become it's slave
and it will torture you to death 
before, you realises the truth that hides behind the big lie.
You would get late and it would never let you
reach to the conclusion. 
It would put you to hold and left you tear apart, breaking your inner strength 
so that you crawl to your feet and would
never let you walk again.
But, there are reasons for it,that grows
and grows.
It appears and then disappears. It plays hide and seek with you. 
Once you catch hold of it, you might feel you've got it but you are in it's play and
you lose it before you actually feel you've
grabbed it. 
It's true, Mind plays with you. It can hurt you, bind you and squeeze you in it's arm.
